Recently, Medicilon signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Kuming Pharmaceutical Corporation, Simcere Pharmaceuticals Group and other pharmaceutical companies. This agreement is based on risk-sharing and benefit-sharing principle to utilize the strengths in technology, professional personnel and facilities of both companies. Both companies will achieve complementary advantages and win-win situations.
