Dr. Kepan Gao joins Medicilon as Director of CMC Department

Dr. Gao joins Medicilon on Jan 21, 2013 as a Director of CMC Department.

Dr. Kepan Gao received his MS degree from School of Pharmacy, Fudan University and his Ph.D of Pharmaceutical Science from Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry.  From 2004, Dr. Gao devoted himself to formulation R&D work in the Central Research Institute of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group Company; therefore, he is familiar with R&D, application and scale up for drug product.  In 2007, he visited University of Tennessee in U.S. for the technology of long-acting injectable formulation. He was awarded the title of “Senior Engineer” in 2011.  In 2012, he was in charge of the International Affair Department of Shanghai Sine Pharmaceutical Company and got the experience of International registration of drug product.  Dr. Gao is also a member of Shanghai Association of Pharmaceutical Science and one of the external experts of Shanghai Sunve pharmaceutical company. In Jan 2013, Dr. Gao joined Medicilon and was appointed as Director of CMC Department.
