  General Intellectual Property Policies
  Medicilon believes respecting intellectual property, and the trust bestowed upon us by clients, as essential for our development. We remain committed to strengthening our intellectual property management systems. By organizing training on intellectual property and privacy rights, formulating the “Guide to a Good Laboratory Notebook,” and signing confidentiality agreements with employees, we protect the intellectual property rights of clients andpartners.

  Policies on Electronic Data Privacy

  1: Installation of CD and DVD burners is prohibited.

  2: Any electronic data (including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, ISIS, ChemDraw and analytical data) stored on the Internet shall be isolated according to the project team and access level.

  3: A firewall shall be used to protect network resources.

  4: the physical security of facilities shall be controlled by badge/keycard.

• All personnel tasked with handling data shall be required to operate electronic products within the above range.
