Two studies from Nanolattix Group have been accepted for the 2026 Annual Congress of the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM’26). Among them, “Novel Bispecific RDC+ADC Theranostics Targeting HER2 & TF” has been selected for a Top Rated Oral Presentation (TROP). EANM’26 will take place in Vienna, Austria, from October 17 to 21.
As Nanolattix’s preclinical CRO partner, Medicilon provided pharmacodynamic studies for ADC candidate B836 and tumor-bearing animal models for RDC candidate RB02. High-quality preclinical data generated by Medicilon helped advance the programs.
RDC+ADC Theranostics Strategy: Nanolattix Redefines Radiopharmaceutical Innovation
The EANM Congress is a leading global forum for nuclear medicine, molecular imaging and theranostics. The TROP selected study addresses variable tumor target expression and resistance to HER2-targeted therapies. It explores a new paradigm for precision oncology using bispecific theranostics approach, where RDC and ADC work synergistically.
Leveraging a common bispecific antibody scaffold against the widely expressed tumor antigens HER2 and TF, Nanolattix built two pipelines: radiopharmaceutical conjugate RB02 and antibody-drug conjugate B836. The program evaluates the paired development of RDC and ADC on the same targeting framework, investigating synergistic effects to overcome tumor heterogeneity and drug resistance.
Robust Preclinical Data Demonstrate Potent Anti-Tumor Activity, Favorable Safety and Reliable Imaging Readout
In vitro assays show B836 achieves superior cancer cell binding and internalization compared with monospecific ADCs. In vivo studies demonstrate B836 outperforms Enhertu (DS8201) in anti-tumor efficacy. Cynomolgus monkey toxicology studies confirm a promising therapeutic window for B836. For imaging, SPECT/CT scans confirm rapid, specific tumor uptake of the RB02-177Lu, with tumor retention exceeding seven days and gradual clearance from non-target organs after administration.
Backed by its differentiated innovation and solid preclinical evidence, Nanolattix’s RDC+ADC theranostic strategy has earned recognition at multiple top-tier international conferences. B836 has been featured at AACR and ASCO 2026, while RB02 was accepted for ASCO 2026. These achievements validate Nanolattix’s pioneering strategy in bispecific XDC theranostics.
Medicilon Has Enabled 36 ADCs to Enter Clinical Trials, Continuously Empowering XDC Preclinical R&D
For B836’s preclinical pharmacodynamic assessment, Medicilon deployed its library of over 800 validated tumor efficacy models, including BxPC-3, SK-OV-3, HCT-116, Calu-1, MDA-MB-231, HT-29 and NCI-H446. The panel covers solid tumors such as pancreatic, ovarian, colorectal, lung and triple-negative breast cancers, delivering comprehensive data to support B836’s efficacy profile and broad anti-tumor potential.
Global XDC research is evolving toward refinement, differentiation and combinatorial strategies, shifting from single-target designs to bispecific synergy and theranostics — raising the bar for preclinical characterization. As a leading preclinical CRO for XDCs, Medicilon continues to expand the platform. Medicilon offers one-stop preclinical support spanning payload synthesis, conjugation, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and safety evaluation. To date, Medicilon has supported 36 ADC programs that have advanced into clinical trials, 5 of which have been out-licensed, with multiple additional XDC projects ongoing.
The EANM’26 acceptance underscores Nanolattix’s innovative strength in RDC+ADC theranostics and brings valuable experience to Medicilon’s XDC preclinical practice. Nanolattix will present its latest findings at the Vienna congress, bringing new insights to global precision oncology. Medicilon will continue to deepen its expertise in XDC preclinical R&D, collaborating with biotech innovators worldwide to tackle drug R&D challenges.
